I'm so glad I came across this video. I had read a couple of articles earlier and came across your website. I've been struggling with the symptoms of being diagnosed with fibroids--so huge now that breathing deeply, bending over in certain positions is extremely painful, and so on. All day today, I've been dealing with the 'gushing' phenomena. I can't think of a more uncomfortable situation. Although I use the term uncomfortable, I'd rather say digusting. The sensation is truly unnerving. Since my uterus is probably 10x the 'normal' size it should be, you can imagine the blood loss. I'm already severely anemic but iron supplements (which may not be good either after watching your video) destroy my stomach. It was advised that I take three a day, every day. Then I might as well confine myself to a bathroom because constipation is its frequent companion. I wasn't aware that birth control pills (which I decided to stop taking) have depression as a possible side effect. I'm already depressed, so why my obgyn didn't consult with my primary care doctor before prescribing them to me, is sad to me.

Long story short, you're one if not the only person who has addressed focusing on the underlying cause(s) and not "chasing the symptoms". I know I have issues--and they've manifested themselves into these fibroids. Surgery was prescribed but fibroids grow back if you don't treat the underlying cause (s ). Major surgery in my mental and physical state seemed crazy to me so I opted to put the procedure on hold. I'd really love to know what four systems you're referring to in order to heal myself, but like you said I can't do it all on my own. Would you consider mentoring me? I could really use the type of support you recommend. Thank you.
